Who?
Jumpstart January is open to EO members, SLPs (Spouses/Life Partners of members), Key Staff of EO members, EO Accelerator Participants, EO Professional Staff, EO Chapter Staff, and adult children of EO members.
What?
Jumpstart January is a three-week virtual learning experience where you can register for one, two, or all three of our dynamic learning tracks.
Each track—what we call a “learning lab”—includes a weekly live coaching session in your time zone with a subject matter expert, plus self-paced content designed to help you apply what you’re learning in real time.
Where?
Your home, your car, a coffee shop, your office—anywhere you are!
Jumpstart January is a fully virtual program, and all sessions will be conducted live via Zoom.
When?
Jumpstart January runs from 19 January through 8 February 2026.
Exact session dates will vary based on the schedule of each learning lab.
What is the cost?
Jumpstart January is currently a complimentary benefit to the EO Community.
What is the time commitment?
Participants are encouraged to set aside 1–2 hours per week for each lab’s live coaching session and related coursework. If you join multiple labs, your weekly time commitment will increase accordingly. The program includes a blend of interactive live sessions and self-paced learning to help you apply what you’re learning in real time.
If I am unable to attend one of the sessions, will they be recorded?
We’re committed to delivering valuable content and engaging with participants across EO’s many time zones. That’s why, for the first time, each weekly live coaching session will be offered twice—once for the Eastern Hemisphere and once for the Western Hemisphere. This way, you can join the session that best fits your schedule.
If you can’t make it live, no worries! All sessions will be recorded and available for replay in English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, and Portuguese.
